The New Mexico Performance Excellence Awards Program is underway. We are excited to announce the 2019 Examiners training is complete.
NMPEA is modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, providing participating organizations with feedback on their strengths and their opportunities for improvement. This feedback is based on the time-tested Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, which provides an assessment framework to gauge organizational performance. The criteria address seven categories: Leadership; Strategy; Customer; Workforce; Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management; Operations; and Results.
Quality New Mexico’s mission is to drive performance excellence in New Mexico. The non-profit, 501(c)3, provides training, assessments, coaching/mentoring, and public recognition to those who have achieved various levels of improvement on their excellence journey.
