Quality New Mexico’s (QNM) Board of Directors announce new leadership. Jeff Weinrach, Ph.D. will serve as CEO and Nancee Marquez Whittington will serve as President.  This team will lead the organization’s future growth to drive performance excellence in New Mexico.

Dr. Weinrach has over 20 years of professional experience in implementing quality programs. He previously served as QNM’s Director of the New Mexico Quality Awards, Board Chair of Albuquerque Quality Network, and most recently as Vice President of Enterprise Performance Excellence at Kirtland Federal Credit Union.

Ms. Whittington is a high energy leader with a wealth of experience in economic development.  She worked for Georgia Economic Development as the International Trade Promotions Specialist, and for the past several years served as Director of Investor Relations for Albuquerque Economic Development, Inc.  She established a strong and successful record in strategic planning, community engagement, and relationship building.
