Modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award program, the NMQA has three different assessment and application levels to assist your organization on its performance excellence journey:
Piñon Assessment: this level uses the NMQA Piñon Criteria
(Business, Government, Non-Profit, Education, Health Care
Roadrunner Assessment: this level addresses the complete Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence

Zia Assessment: this level addresses the complete Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence

The Partnership Provides The Following Complimentary Services:
Piñon Walk-Through Assessment
Any sector, any size business/organization in New Mexico is eligible to receive a one-time Piñon Walk-Through Assessment whether or not it’s been a previous applicant in the New Mexico Quality Awards program. Fees are Complimentary through May 31, 2010 and the Assessment must be completed no later than June 30, 2010.

Coaching/Mentoring
Any sector, any size business/organization in New Mexico is eligible to receive Complimentary Coaching/Mentoring whether or not it’s been a previous Applicant in the New Mexico Quality Awards program. Under this partnership there is a limit of 20 hours per organization and Coaching/Mentoring services must be completed by May 31, 2010.

Adobe Assessment
An assessment on your completed organizational ‘Profile’. The value of a ‘Profile’ is numerous in use including: your strategic planning; employee handbooks and/or orientation; information for customers, suppliers, partners; website. An assessment provides written Feedback Report highlighting strengths and opportunities for improvement.
